The mandate of the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee is support the creation of a diverse, inclusive professional community based on respect and understanding; improve equity by identifying ways to level the playing field and develop a strategy to support lawyers in overcoming systemic barriers; and to ensure that CBA Alberta members are connected, engaged and informed on issues related to equity, diversity and inclusion.
