The Civil Litigation Section offers CBA Alberta members the opportunity to keep abreast of current developments in the civil litigation field, including case law, legislative enactments, rules changes and more.
The Section strikes a balance between practice, nuts and bolts presentations, and big picture, academic considerations, and enjoys a close relationship with every level of the bench.
