The Section also provides programming related to practice and procedure tips, and updates related to the utility of an interaction with various experts and other resources. Regular speakers, including fellow lawyers, members of the bench and a wide range of representatives from the healthcare, insurance, government and quasi-government agencies provide CBA Alberta members with ongoing learning opportunities to help them litigate more effectively on behalf of either plaintiffs or defendants.
