Kim Small, a Registered Nurse certified by the Menopause Society of Canada, shared her knowledge of the phases of menopause, symptoms, and available resources. Paulette DeKelver, Mediator & Arbitrator, shared her personal experience navigating this stage of life while practising law and discussed the importance of normalizing menopause in the workplace.
