Administrative Law

The Administrative Law Section seeks to provide CBA Alberta members with updates on current developments in administrative law, with regular events presenting information on the latest case law and bringing forward current topics related to administrative law in varying contexts.

Regular topics for discussion include developments from the Supreme Court of Canada, privacy issues in an administrative law context, practice pointers, tribunal practice and other relevant topics.

Meeting Dates:

  • North: 12:00 noon (MT), third Thursday (9 meetings)
  • South: 12:00 noon (MT), second Thursday (5 meetings - Sept, Nov, Jan, Mar, May)
